Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy matters to us

At RentEasy GH, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Option 1: Delete via Dashboard

You can delete your account directly from your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your RentEasy GH account
  2. Go to Profile Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  4. Click on "Delete Account" button
  5. Confirm your password to proceed
  6. Click "Permanently Delete" to confirm

Note: This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed within 48 hours.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access your account, you can request data deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to privacy@renteasy.com.gh
  2. Use the subject line: "DATA DELETION REQUEST"
  3. Include your full name and registered email address

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
