By accessing or using RentEasy GH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Property Listings

Landlords and agents agree to provide accurate and truthful information about their properties. RentEasy GH reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains false information.

4. Payments and Fees

Listing fees are non-refundable once a property is approved and published. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment information.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading property information
• Harass other users or spam inquiries
• Attempt to bypass our payment system
• Use our platform for any illegal activities

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentEasy GH is a platform connecting landlords/agents with tenants. We are not responsible for any agreements made directly between users or for the condition of properties listed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
