By accessing or using RentEasy GH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these legally binding terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Section 02

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.

Section 03

Property Rules

Landlords and agents must provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information. RentEasy GH reserves the absolute right to remove any listing that violates policy or contains fraudulent media.

04. Payments and Fees

All listing fees are non-refundable once approved. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. RentEasy GH does not store sensitive cardholder data on our local servers.

RentEasy GH is a connector platform. We are not responsible for private agreements made between users, nor the physical condition of properties. Users engage at their own risk.
